Boise State University Fine Arts Building

The challenge was to create a landmark building which expresses its mission as a State-of-the-Art Visual Arts and Studio Arts facility to the campus and to the community as a whole.
Located on Capitol Boulevard and the heart of the city, the Boise State University Fine Arts Building will relocate all of the Department of Art programs into one facility and will include Arts Metals, Ceramics, Painting, Photography and Sculpture.
Designed in association with Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc., the five story studio and two story gallery create an inspiring sculptural form using dynamic materials unique to any building in the state.
