Ada County Paramedic Admin and Training Facility

Ada County Paramedics needed a larger facility due to the ever-increasing service demands. The site selected is located next to another Ada County service buildings. The property contained an existing computer manufacturing building, which was completely renovated, to house all of the administrative and training functions for Ada County Paramedics. A new vehicle maintenance and shop building is located at the back of the property. Both buildings are designed utilizing similar materials and colors, yet each will make their own statement, reflecting its function. The end-users were actively involved in the design from the beginning enabling them to feel a sense of ownership.

The administration building was awarded a LEED-NC Gold Certification by the US Green Building Council.
