Set something free, and if it comes back to you, it’s meant to be. Cheesy as it is, that famous adage is exactly how we feel about Suzy.

From 1999 to 2017, Suzy was Lombard/Conrad’s beloved Administrator. She handled everything from accounting, to HR, to operations, to payroll. While there was sadness when she left, we proudly watched her chase a long-time restauranteur dream, buy a popular North End Boise dining spot, and build it into a place where employees and patrons alike felt welcome and cared for. After seven years and with a full heart, Suzy closed that chapter and contemplated her next move. We jumped, offering her a newly established Contract Administrator role in our growing firm. We knew only Suzy was fit for the job. She was ready to return, leverage her business management acumen, and once again be part of a small legacy company in downtown Boise. It was meant to be.
