Kara Parce

Kara started with us after graduating from the University of Idaho a semester early and spending a summer abroad in Italy – some people just have it all figured out from an early age. Now, 15 years later, she still proves to be wise beyond her years.

Kara genuinely loves to research and channel her creativity into everything she approaches. From her award-winning work to healthcare interior design to her highest levels of service, her perfectionist mindset shows through. As Idaho’s only Certified Healthcare Interior Designer, she creates beautiful, functional and healing environments. While healthcare and therapeutic design is her predominant specialty, Kara leads the design on civic, public safety, law enforcement, corrections, education, and commercial projects throughout Idaho and our surrounding states. She is also the leader of Lombard/Conrad’s interior design studio.

When not designing the state’s next cancer care center, you can find her spending time with her husband and two children exploring the great outdoors or visiting family in North Idaho.
