Joshua Bianco

Emerging Professional

It’s a good thing “architect” appears early in the dictionary. Especially in the Bianco household, where reading the dictionary was a family tradition when you were in trouble. At the age of six, he stumbled across the word and has wanted to be one ever since.

After receiving his architecture education in Moscow at the University of Idaho, Joshua completed internships with Moscow Affordable Housing, Collab Architects, and working on the UI for the Lupine Flats Affordable Housing Project. His work on the McDonald Elementary Outdoor Classroom earned the project both the AIA/ACSA Design-Build Award and the Architizer A+ Collaboration Award, highlighting his dedication to community-driven design.

With most of his life focused on working toward the goal of becoming an architect, the final step now is to become licensed. He’s excited to continue his journey in the field, and we’re equally excited to have him on our team.
