Courtney Matranga
Architect
Courtney loves taking a client’s vision, often just a few lines on a page, and turning it into something tangible. For her, the first walk through a built space that once existed only as a concept is a magical moment, and she’s equally fascinated by how projects continue to evolve as people inhabit and adapt them over time.
Courtney’s public sector experience spans civic and K–12 education work, including cultural institutions, memorial spaces, large-scale public exhibits, and public charter schools. She finds the greatest reward in creating environments that inspire, engage, and educate people of all ages and backgrounds for generations to come.
An architect with big aspirations, Courtney is motivated by future opportunities to contribute to nationally recognized projects. She recharges through reading, running in races across the country, spending time with her husband and dogs, and getting out on her kayak whenever possible.
