The overall design challenge for the eighth floor of the Wells Fargo building tenant was to update the existing floor with new finishes and create a better work flow for the staff.

The existing spaces had started as a single smaller suite and over time, melded into a group of miscellaneous spaces that didn’t function as efficiently as they could.

Working with the LCA team, a new space plan provided better flow and work adjacencies as well as improved capacity of total staff available to accommodate some future growth, to the extent possible in a given floor plate.

Specialty lighting, flexible furnishings and a variety of interesting spaces throughout the suite has created a space that is getting raves reviews from its users, and creating a unique destination for the company’s customers as well.
